Exchange & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order.

  • If an incorrect product is delivered due to our error, we will promptly replace the item at no additional cost. All return shipping charges in such cases will be covered by us.

  • However, if the correct product was delivered and the customer requests an exchange for any reason, the customer will be responsible for both the return and reshipping charges.

  • Any product purchased from Activepro Nutrition online can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery unless;
    • Product has been opened or used.
    • For issues like allergic reactions, Gastric issues, headache etc., product will not be returned or exchanged. Please consult your Physicians before buying any supplement.
    • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame of 7 days.
    • Promotion/Discounted and Near expiry items will not be accepted for exchange.
    • Product is damage because of use or not in the original condition as when sold to Customer.
    • Product that has been tempered or missing serial numbers /Original stamp/ QR Code or Barcode.
    • Product not in original packing.

For Approved Refund

  • The customer will bear the return shipping costs.
  • We will deduct the initial shipping charges incurred at the time of dispatch.
  • Additionally, a 4% deduction will apply on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders due to government-imposed sales tax regulations.
  • Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours after the returned product is received and inspected.
