Exchange & Refund Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order.

If an incorrect product is delivered due to our error, we will promptly replace the item at no additional cost. All return shipping charges in such cases will be covered by us.

However, if the correct product was delivered and the customer requests an exchange for any reason, the customer will be responsible for both the return and reshipping charges.
- Any product purchased from Activepro Nutrition online can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery unless;

- Product has been opened or used.
- For issues like allergic reactions, Gastric issues, headache etc., product will not be returned or exchanged. Please consult your Physicians before buying any supplement.
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame of 7 days.
- Promotion/Discounted and Near expiry items will not be accepted for exchange.
- Product is damage because of use or not in the original condition as when sold to Customer.
- Product that has been tempered or missing serial numbers /Original stamp/ QR Code or Barcode.
- Product not in original packing.
For Approved Refund
- The customer will bear the return shipping costs.
- We will deduct the initial shipping charges incurred at the time of dispatch.
- Additionally, a 4% deduction will apply on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders due to government-imposed sales tax regulations.
- Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours after the returned product is received and inspected.
